Our Services

Psychiatric providers, including psychiatrists and psychiatric practitioners provide mental health medication assessment and management. This can sound frightening for many seeking help for the first time. This can also be scary for those that may have never taken mental health medications before, had a bad experiences in the past, or if may not be interested in taking medications at all. Understanding how a psychiatric medication provider can help you and knowing what to expect in your New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation may help reduce those anxieties. Both psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNP's) are trained to spend time speaking with you, discussing your current and past experiences, then offering options for treatment. These may include mental health medications, holistic (natural) supplements and/or individual therapy by a licensed therapy provider. Our providers will work with you to develop the best plan of care you are comfortable with to help alleviate the symptoms that are causing you stress and impeding your ability to enjoy your life. Each of our providers are board certified and are here to give you the very best compassionate, evidence-based, holistically focused care and help you navigate your new path to wellness.

Individual, Family & Group Therapeutic Services

Therapy takes many different forms (individual, family, group) and modalities (type). Research has shown that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is most effective for depressive and anxiety related disorders. Individual therapy is offered to those that may or may not choose psychiatric (medication) services, but want to work on mood and affect symptoms, and their overall ability to cope with these issues. CBT is helpful for many affective issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and more.

Our therapists offer the highest quality of individual, family and child/adolescent therapy. Each licensed therapist has an excellent background of working with many types of clients in many different settings, including outpatient, inpatient and intensive therapies. Each therapist has their specialties and we encourage you to review their profiles before selecting your provider for individual therapy.
