Discovery Mental Health Services offers an inviting and comfortable setting for all your mental health and counseling service needs.
This mental health clinic provides an evidence-based set of psychological foundations and an abundance of clinical experience that many not be available within the Northeast Florida region. Our location includes board certified and licensed mental health professionals including Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, an Advanced Holistic Nurse Practitioner, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Our wonderful Nurse Practitioners have extensive experience in mental health and provide exceptional medication management services. Their experience ranges in all ages and backgrounds, with additional support for specialty populations including LGBTQ+, trauma survivors, and military families.
We here at Discovery Mental Health Services are also proud and honored to provide mental health and counseling services to the great men and women as well as families of the United States Armed Forces, as one of the co-founders is an Active-Duty spouse. We want to serve, salute, and thank you and your family for your service! ​
