Discovery Mental Health Services is happy to serve the greater Jacksonville community for their mental health needs. Our providers offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for mental health therapy and medication management services. We are happy to serve clients of the northeast Florida and southeast Georgia areas. 

Our psychiatric medication management providers are currently accepting new patients, with openings as soon as two weeks.
